Performance Psychology mental training programs are geared towards all
athletes. These mental toughness sessions are intended to introduce the
athlete—regardless of skill level—to the fundamentals of mental
toughness and discipline. In fact, skill level is irrelevant. Athletes
will learn many tools that they can use to immediately improve
performance and increase fun. These tools include how to:

· Eliminate negative thinking
· Increase consistency
· Develop pre-shot routines
· Improve concentration and focus
