Dr. André Silano
Clinic Director and Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Silano is certified as the highest level provider of the Active
Release Technique ® (ART ® ) which has become the standard of care in
the professional sports arena. Dr. Silano's expertise in the treatment
and management of soft tissue injuries has branded his practice as the
preferred choice for athletes when choosing Chiropractic care. ART is a
progressive, patented technique that uses specially developed soft
tissue methods to help speed recovery and improve performance in
treating injuries to muscles, tendons, fascia, nerves and the
surrounding soft tissues.
As a result of Dr. Silano's ability to improve athletic performance
through soft tissue injury treatment and chiropractic, Dr. Silano was
selected to act as the in-house chiropractic consultant for the elite
professional athlete training facility, Athlete's Performance Institute
(API) in Tempe , Arizona . As the chiropractic consultant, Dr. Silano
and his chiropractic associates work with the API treatment and
training team to provide state-of-the-art care to professional athletes
in effort to improve functional performance and keep them injury free.
Each year, Dr. Silano travels with API to the NFL Players Association
conference in Hawaii to discuss and provide the most cutting edge
treatment techniques in effort to educate the NFL on how to improve
functional performance and prevent injuries.
Dr. Jimmy Yuan
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Yuan's training has allowed him to treat some of the most elite
athletes in the world. He has participated in two of the Ironman
triathlons as member of the ART treatment teams. During the races, Dr.
Yuan helped Ironman participants prepare and improve for the race by
addressing their musculoskeletal injuries and biomechanical
deficiencies. Currently, Dr. Yuan is part of the professional athlete
treatment team at Athletes' Performance Institute in Tempe, Arizona.
Dr. Yuan helps world-class athletes improve performance through leading
chiropractic treatments and various other techniques.
As a chiropractor with All Star Health, Dr. Yuan works closely with
other Chiropractors, Medical Doctors, Physical Therapists, Massage
Therapists, and Acupuncturists to ensure the best care of his patients.
Dr. Yuan offers state-of-the-art techniques and treatment plans to his
patients that include: diversified technique, sacral blocking,
activator methods, medical acupuncture, Cox flexion distraction, Active
Release Techniques, Neuromuscular Re-education, Graston techniques,
Trigenics, Nimmo (receptor-tonus technique) and various spinal
rehabilitative methods. In 2004 the Consumers' Research Council of
America listed Dr. Yuan as one of America's Top Chiropractors. He is
also listed in the 2007-08 Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Edition.
